I contacted Newlite as the gaskets in our patio bifold door had become lose. Alan was very responsive and a Newlite installer sorted the problems 2 days later and carried out a full service of the doors incl. rehanging them to avoid the problem reoccuring. Great service, thank you.

Recommended this company by a neighbour and contacted them for a quote for replacement windows and conservatory. Alan attended our home and spent time running through options and design. Very competitive prices though not the cheapest but decided to use this company as Alan was not at all pushy like other well known companies and was very knowledgeable on the products he was selling and what style would suit our property. From day one everything was explained and dates confirmed. We have had eight windows fitted by Martin,Wayne and Alfie. They arrived on time and did a first class job. The quality of the windows are excellent and have made such a difference to the look and seem energy efficient. The fitting was stress free and all mess was cleared up at the end of the job. Very pleased and Martin was a perfectionist and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Very pleased with this company and would have no hesitation to recommend them. Now looking forward to the erection of the conservatory.

Alan and his team at Newlite were a joy to work with. I was delighted that they could replace my 1930's window with a like for like look, including invaluable insightful information regarding the best type of glass to use for a house of that era, but obviously updated so that the window was far better insulated than the original old wooden frame which was starting to rot. On the day of the window fitting the men were polite and courteous, made sure that there was no mess, and completed the job easily within the day. I am astounded that the new window looks virtually the same as the original, well done!

My sincere thanks to Alan for the excellent assessment and repairs to a badly installed bi-fold door system and a tilt/turn window by another company at my property. His 'trouble-shooting' colleague Martin attended yesterday. I can attest to the fact that he is the 'Red Adair" of the door/window installation industry. He came highly recommended by Nick Dardalis of Aluminium Trades Supply website. His thoughtful, thorough approach soon identified three key problems, which were then addressed promptly and efficiently in a highly professional manner without casting any aspersions. A terrific service. I cannot praise them enough.

Alan and his team did and excellent job installing two very large windows that have completely transformed our dining room. Gone are the hideous white plastic windows from the 90s, now we have the view in to our garden framed by two gorgeous black framed aluminium windows.

Very pleased with the finished new french doors - Alan's suggestion was exactly right, and Martin and Alfie did a very good job of fitting them with the minimum of mess and very quickly. The doors are very good quality as you would expect of the type, and I would definitely use Newlite to fit this make or any other doors or windows when needed.

I contacted Alan initially to enquire about a bifold door and window for my kitchen. I was so impressed with the service I received, I asked if he could potentially do some snagging on windows I previously had installed by another company but had issues with. Alan did a site visit the following day to take a look at the windows and within 3 days he had someone on site who had excellent attention to detail fixing all the issues we had - my windows look amazing! I’m not usually one to write reviews but I have already recommended Alan and Newlite to all my family and friends and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again.

We have recently had a conservatory built, by-fold doors installed and the glass replaced in existing double glazing units by Newlite. Their quote was extremely competitive and all of the products have been of a high standard, as has the workmanship of the people from Newlite. Everyone from the guys that dug the foundations and built the walls through to Martin and his assistant who did the frame and glasswork was extremely friendly and efficient, always leaving the site as tidy as possible at the end of the day.We now have a fantastic conservatory with blinds set into the windows and under floor heating.We would not hesitate to use Newlite again in the future and would definitely recommend them.Many thanks to Alan and his team.

Wow, what an incredible job the guys have done.From someone who had been messed about by a national company, I was naturally dubious of all firms... I have had a new front with french windows put onto a conservatory and new french doors put into a different property, and I can only give Newlite the highest recommendation. I have been absolutely thrilled with both installations. It is a family run company of lond standing and they give the highest standards of service and workmanship. They listen carefully and ensure that the design and fitting is exactly to customer requirements. Their installers are polite tidy, and considerate. An excellent service. Alan didn't do the hard sell; he took time to discuss and consider conservatory design options that would complement our Edwardian house. His team of surveyors, builders, electricians and, especially the final fitter, Lee were a delight to have working here. Even our neighbours have told me how considerate they were..
