I contacted Alan initially to enquire about a bifold door and window for my kitchen. I was so impressed with the service I received, I asked if he could potentially do some snagging on windows I previously had installed by another company but had issues with. Alan did a site visit the following day to take a look at the windows and within 3 days he had someone on site who had excellent attention to detail fixing all the issues we had - my windows look amazing! I’m not usually one to write reviews but I have already recommended Alan and Newlite to all my family and friends and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again.

I'm so super happy with Alan, his team and most importantly the product. Alan knew exactly what we wanted and provided a sleek, affordable solution - much better than I anticipated. Great communication from quote to installation. We just need to save up to have the rest of our house done next and we'll be sure to get Newlite back in for this too.

We have recently had a conservatory built, by-fold doors installed and the glass replaced in existing double glazing units by Newlite. Their quote was extremely competitive and all of the products have been of a high standard, as has the workmanship of the people from Newlite. Everyone from the guys that dug the foundations and built the walls through to Martin and his assistant who did the frame and glasswork was extremely friendly and efficient, always leaving the site as tidy as possible at the end of the day.We now have a fantastic conservatory with blinds set into the windows and under floor heating.We would not hesitate to use Newlite again in the future and would definitely recommend them. Fiona, East Kent. Alan did an excellent job helping me select windows and doors for a major house refurbishment. They look stunning. He later went out of his way to get the manufacturer to rectify some minor faults, and made sure everything was operating properly. As did his fitter Martin. His customer service is excellent.

Wow, what an incredible job the guys have done.From someone who had been messed about by a national company, I was naturally dubious of all firms... Alan immediately put my mind at rest, no nonsense, no hard sell - simply backing himself and his company and putting my mind at ease.Communication through the whole process was as promised, timely and clear. Excellent.Now the fitting, Martin and Connor were gents, respectful, diligent, hardworking and polite. All I can say is quality, absolute quality.Would have no hesitation recommending this company to others, would use them again tomorrow if I needed too. What a cracking find. Hope more work is directed through from the work they done on my home.

I have had a new front with french windows put onto a conservatory and new french doors put into a different property, and I can only give Newlite the highest recommendation. I have been absolutely thrilled with both installations. It is a family run company of lond standing and they give the highest standards of service and workmanship. They listen carefully and ensure that the design and fitting is exactly to customer requirements. Their installers are polite tidy, and considerate. They have excellent after care service if ever needed.Absolutley brillian! I am completely over the moon!

An excellent service. Alan didn't do the hard sell; he took time to discuss and consider conservatory design options that would complement our Edwardian house. His team of surveyors, builders, electricians and, especially the final fitter, Lee were a delight to have working here. Even our neighbours have told me how considerate they were.. The quality of the fittings and workmanship were just as advertised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
